There have actually been two game shows with that name- though with different formats, producers, etc. The first one was from Barry-Enright in 1976- kind of like Hollywood Squares, but instead of getting x and o symbols on a giant board, you'd get panels of cash for agreeing or disagreeing with celebrities. The second one was in 1985 from Kline & Friends- two couples utilized Bank Cards that would slot into a giant computer in hopes of breaking the bank, which was full of cash and prizes- there were two formats, one when Gene Rayburn was host, then another format when he quit and another guy, Joe Farago, took over.
